Stories are valuable. Storytelling is especially important in digital media for establishing contact with users. Tomtom Neighborhood has always been a part of the Beyoglu Culture since old times. Both its history and its socio-cultural richness make the Tomtom Gardens Project more than a housing project. This is a real living space living within Beyoglu life. It is a neighborhood that houses art galleries, cafes, restaurants and all the other beauties of Beyoglu. A project with a story worth telling...
The existence of a subject that has such beautiful stories gave us a good idea. The Tomtom Gardens Project was not a residential project but a life style that had to be told using stories. We decided to build the digital communication strategy on these valuable stories. Instead of the project, we were going to tell about life in the Tomtom Neighborhood. By combining this rich content with our simple and stylish design, we have enabled users to discover new lives that Tomtom Gardens have to offer. We managed to transfer this experience to both desktop and mobile devices. We made a difference and put forth difference-making work for our customer who aims to be different. With this approach, a limited number of living spaces have met their new habitants, but their stories are still being spread abroad.
