We had a long analysis and research process as the first stage in the new e-commerce platform project that we set out to develop further than the 1st phase e-commerce platform we created for Arzum. The results that we achieved in this process led us to create our new communication and user experience strategy. In the new project, we aimed to create a platform that recognizes the user and offers customized experiences accordingly, as well as excellence in all ecommerce dynamics.
In addition to a well-functioning interface and e-commerce functions, we imagined an e-commerce platform that sees the user as a stakeholder rather than as a customer, takes shape and thinks in accordance with the behavior of the user. Taking into account the increased penetration, we have been dealing with a mobile experience that works almost like a mobile application. In two words, it is a digital project thought out and designed "mobile first". A minimalist design that emphasizes the product rather than the design, a well-thought-out, well-crafted user experience, a perfect interface encoding working in any environment...
